PRICES:
All prices are those which are listed on the
website in the prices click area, with any
payments of classes, accommodations or extra
nights paid at the prices listed on the
site. Prices are quoted in USD as the colon
rate changes so quickly. All reserved
nights are to be paid upon arrival. The

PAYMENTS:
No deposit or credit card numbers necessary
with all payments due after arriving.
Airport pickup fee is to be paid directly to
the driver upon arrival in Orosi. Payments
can be made in your preference of US Dollars
or Colones only. We do not accept credit
cards or travelers checks. Spanish school
Costa Rica class packages are to be paid on
either Sunday or Monday with no exceptions.
School payment can be made in full on the
first day or week by week. Remember to
receive a discount payment must be made in
full with no refunds applicable. |

BANKING:
Many guests use the bank machines while
stopping over in Cartago before taking the
last bus ride down here into Orosi. If not,
banking can be done in the local bank here
in town, "Banco Nacional", via bank debit
cards, credit cards or cash advances.
Traveler’s checks can also be cashed
directly in the bank as long as you have
your original passport with you. No
copies!! The bank is located 2 blocks from
the hotel and school office buildings. |

The ATM at the bank does not always work
with all international cards, most yes but
all no! If for some reason it doesn't work
then the next closest machines are in
Paraíso which is a 15 minute bus ride and
the tour to the volcano has some banking
time available if need be. Cartago and San
Jose are always available as a last case
scenario.
Remember to ensure that your
credit and debit cards have been authorized
for international use! |

Cancellation fees |
|
Please remember that ANY cancellation of
classes and/or packages has a cancellation fee of $50.00 per
person. Any changes in schedules and
options must be done before Friday 5:00 pm.
Any changes after Friday 5:00 pm have a
rescheduling fee of $25.00 fee per person
added to your bill. Any changes from Monday
on will have an additional $50.00
rescheduling fee per person added to your
existing bill. Please note: any missing
nights or classes from the Spanish package
will not be given discount. Spanish classes
will be replaced under our schedule if class
has been missed because of our error. All reserved nights
are to be paid upon arrival no exceptions. |
